MaryDanceStudio is a nonprofit home-based dance studio dedicated to preserving and sharing Chinese classical and minority dances, including Han Dynasty, Qipao, Tibetan, and Mongolian styles. We collaborate with community partners to bring performances and workshops to senior centers, libraries, schools, and rural festivals across Washington. Through these inclusive cultural experiences, we foster belonging, bridge cultural and geographic divides, and enhance the well-being of individuals and communities. By nurturing future dancers as cultural ambassadors, we sustain a living tradition that celebrates love, balance, and harmony while strengthening connections in both urban and rural settings.
